Each week, your Life Group Leader Guide will be posted here! Leaders are encouraged to take a few minutes each week to pray and review the Leader Guide so you are well prepared for your gatherings. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Life Groups Team (lifegroups@calvary.com).
Life Group Leaders Welcome
Welcome to the Life Group Leaders page! This is the place where you can find what you need to lead your Life Groups each week. We hope it is a helpful resource that provides you with the tools you need to grow as a faith-filled leader throughout the year.
The Fall 2022 quarter preparations will begin in August, with registration opening and groups launching in September. In the meantime, please feel free to review the materials available here in order to get ready for the upcoming season!
Covenant
When we come together in Life Groups, we are committing to God and to one another on a weekly basis. As we join the group, we are making an agreement with one another to follow Christ together. This covenant helps all group members further define what we mean by "following Christ together". Leaders are strongly encouraged to take a look at the covenant below and listen to Pastor Manny's explanation of the purpose of the covenant. His insights will help you strengthen your understanding of the covenant and further equip you to share it with your group.
Digital Group Platform
Planning Center Groups (PCG) is the platform through which we manage logistics for each Life Group. PCG holds our group roster, attendance, and even sets up communication among group members. We hope the following resources will make it easy for you to minister to your group throughout the quarter!

Leadership
One way to identify God's work in our church is through the raising up of leaders for service in ministry. Is there a member in your Life Group that has shown spiritual maturity and compassion for others as they engage in your weekly meetings? If there is a Life Group member that you believe would be a good Life Group leader, please nominate them by submitting the form below.
Life Group Coaches are an incredible resource and blessing to our church through the Life Groups ministry. If you have been a leader for at least two quarters and believe God could be calling you into a higher level of involvement, we encourage you to check out the information below about the Life Group Coach leadership role. Please reach out to your current Life Group Coach and/or a Life Groups Team member with any questions.
